Her speciality is for combining the flavours of the autumn hedgerow to produce delicious jams, spicy sauces for savouries and jellies to serve with meat. She does, however make delicious fruit jams and chutneys as well as memorable marmalade. Mrs Pugh is a homely sort of lady, it is hoped that you will soon feel sufficiently at home here to keep coming back. 

 So, remember the name, and remember the label. It might be your first sighting, but it won't be the last!
